We plan to offer three 4 hour shifts every day during the JO. The dates of the competition are July 24 (Monday) thru July 30 (Sunday).

The volunteer shifts are:

Shift 1: 7 am – 11 am
Shift 2: 11 am – 3 pm
Shift 3: 3 pm – 7 pm

We have indoor positions and outside positions. We can even rotate folks from indoor to outdoors or the other way during the day.

Volunteer Positions:

  • Packet Pick-Up – 15 (dedicated)
  • Ticket Sales – 10
  • Awards – 10
  • Hydration Crew – 6 daily
  • Hospitality – 6 daily (dedicated)
  • Track (running) – 10 daily (track knowledgeable)
  • Field Events – 85 daily
  • Hurdle Crew – 20 (dedicated)
  • Block Crew – 10
  • Events – 8 (dedicated)
  • Parking Control – 10
  • Working Main entrances, Warm-up Area or other Entry/Exit Points – 20
  • Trash PU/General Clean up – 10
